Aitor Technologies

A personal operating system with an agent that actually runs things.

Most assistants answer questions. Aitor holds a person's whole operating picture — money, body, calendar, comms, commitments — and acts on it: it watches for what matters, brings decisions forward, and does the work it is allowed to do without being asked.

It has been running continuously on its own infrastructure since July 2026.

Status

Stated plainly

Working software, in daily use by its operator. One user, no customers, no revenue. A consumer product is in development; nothing is on sale yet.

Aitor Technologies is a sole-founder company registered in Australia. There is no outside funding and no team.

Three things that are unusual

The agent runs its own code, and holds no keys

It has a sandbox on a separate machine where it writes and executes real programs. That container has no credentials, no database and no route to any account — not by policy, by absence. Isolation you can verify rather than trust.

It routes work to the cheapest model that can do it

Every task is classified and sent down the least expensive capable lane, including open-source models running locally on its own hardware. Most work costs nothing to run, which is what makes an always-on agent affordable for one person.

It cannot move money

The agent can read balances, form a recommendation and stage a transaction. It has no capability to execute one. A human confirmation is a structural requirement, not a setting, and it holds for every financial action without exception.

In development

A consumer version for people who want the daily operating layer without the depth of financial integration, and a health-focused tier built around training, nutrition and recovery. Both are extracted from the system already running.

Who

Built by Stevie Fosdike, sole founder, in Goulburn, New South Wales. Written entirely in the open hours around shift work.
